Samsung May Roll Out Galaxy S8 in April after MWC 2017

For the first time in many years, Samsung may skip MWC to launch its next flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S8.

Last week we predicted that Samsung may delay the launch of its Galaxy S8 by one month. Previously it was rumored that like always, Samsung will use the MWC (Mobile World Congress) platform to launch its biggest product after the debacle of Galaxy Note 7 this year.

The MWC will take place between 27th February and March 2nd in Barcelona next year. But, now the latest news is that Samsung, as we predicted last week, will announce the launch of its Galaxy S8 a month later in April at a special event in New York.

Samsung May Roll Out Galaxy S8 in April after MWC 2017

It is a very interesting development because in past Samsung has always used MWC to launch its flagship gadgets like Galaxy S5, Galaxy S6, and Galaxy S7. But as we know things have changed drastically due to a total failure of Galaxy Note 7 this year and Samsung’s priority is to regain the trust of its customer and that is what Samsung’s Co-CEO has promised.

Samsung is extremely cautious while releasing its next model, i.e. Samsung Galaxy 8S so that the flop show on Galaxy Note 7 cannot be repeated. Sam Mobile, the unofficial website of Samsung lovers is confirming the date which we have predicted in this article but another Korean tech portal Naver is saying that Samsung will not release its next flagship model even in April. So such an extremely different nature of rumor will certainly create doubts in the minds of Samsung lovers who are eagerly waiting for the next gadget by their beloved smartphone manufacturer.

Although, if we believe Sam Mobile, Samsung currently is working closely with some of the external agencies on how they can recover the confidence of its customer before it can release its new product in the market. Probably there lies the hint that why no one can predict the actual date of release for Samsung S8.
