Turn On/Off Wi-Fi/Cellular
Turn on/off Wi-Fi/ Cellular a few times. Then try to download the app again.
Reboot your device

Sign Out of iTunes & App Stores / Sign In Again
Sign out of iTunes & App Stores and sign in again.
