Apple App Store is world’s largest app platform. Now with the iOS 11, it has been redesigned to offer the beautiful place to showcase amazing apps and let you discover new favorites. #1: Check the internet connection
If your internet connection is not working well, then you cannot update, download or install any app from the Apple Store. Thus, my first suggestion is to check out your internet connection. Either you can use Wi-Fi network or cellular data to use the internet connection. If you are not using a Wi-Fi connection, then you should check the speed by heading to the Mobile data.
To check it go to Settings App→ Mobile Data →Turn ON Mobile Data and scroll down to App Store and then turn the toggle ON.
To get rid of App won’t download, install or update, you can try to sing out and sign in again to fix it on your iPhone or iPad. Follow below steps:
Step #1. Go to Settings app on your iPhone running iOS 11 → Tap on iTunes & App Store.
Sometimes as of insufficient storage space on your iPhone running iOS 11, you won’t be able to download, update or install apps from the App Store. Thus, while updating, downloading or installing any apps from the App Store, you should make sure that you have enough of space in your iDevice.
To check the available space, go to Settings App → General → iPhone Storage. Here you can see space occupied by App, Photos, Mail, Media, and other.
Sometimes wrong date and time won’t allow you to download, install and update an app. Thus, you need to check out the date and time has been set properly. You can check and change date & time heading to Settings App → General → Date & Time → Set Automatically.
If the above method does not work on your iPhone or iPad, then you can try to reset all settings in iOS 11. Follow below steps to reset all settings on iOS 11:
Step #1. Open Settings App on your iPhone running iOS 11.
Step #2. Next, tap on General.
