How to set up and use Guest mode on Android device:

Step #1. Unlock your device and swipe down on the main screen to bring up the Notification drawer.

Step #2. At the top-right corner, you’ll notice the user icon; tap on it.

Step #3. On the next screen, you’ll see three more icons. One will be your user name that you used while setting up the device, another will be “Guest” and last will be “Add user”. We will have to tap on “Guest.

Step #4. Doing that will directly switch your device to Guest mode. In Guest mode, the person using the device will not be able to see any of your data, apps, multimedia, contacts, and web history.

Alternatively, you can also add a new user by tapping on “Add user” at step #3. In addition, you can also decide whether the new user can make calls and SMS or not. It is highly advisable to use the Guest mode feature on your Android device if you have some confidential data on it.
