Step #1. First, plug your charging cable into your computer

Step #2. Plug your Alta into the charging cable.

Step #3. Press the button on the charging cable three-time with a small pause between each press. But you have to do it within 8 seconds.

Step #4. After 8 seconds, you will see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This means your Alfa is now restarting.
