Connecting to Google Cloud Print

Most of the printers are capable of printing your documents via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi or any other method, but it is not possible for everyone to have such printer. This is where Google Chrome will help you, but the only thing you may need is a good connection.

First, you need to check whether your printer is Cloud Print Capable or not. To check this click here to view the list of printers list which can work with the Google Cloud Print. Now follow these steps.

Step #1. Open Google Chrome on your PC.

Step #2. If you are not logged in automatically log in with your Google ID and Password.

Step #3. Click on the three horizontal lines right on the top right of your computer screen.

Step #4. Scroll down and click on Settings.

Step #5. Next, Click on Show advanced settings.

Step #6. Go down to the Google Cloud Print section and then click on Manage.

Scroll down to the Google Cloud Print section and then click on ManageStep #7. Click on Add Printers.

How to Print from Android Phone/Tablet using Google Cloud Print

There are some Android phones which have Google Cloud Print already built in. But if your phone doesn’t have that facility then you don’t need to worry.

Just download the Cloud Print app from Google Play Store so that you can easily print documents from your phone only by using these simple steps. Before you do that make sure that you are using the same account on your Android phone which you used for the Google Chrome setup previously.

Step #1. Open any document or picture you want to print on your Android phone or tablet.

Step #2. Select the Menu button which is at the top right corner with three dots.

Step #3. Click on Print, and it will automatically take you to a new page.

Step #4. Now, click on the down arrow just right to Save as PDF option.

Step #5. Select the printer you want to print that document or picture. (If you don’t find that option click on the All Printers and you should get the list of each printer you are connected with.)

Step #6. All set? Now tap on the print button which is the light blue circle and looks like a printer.
