First, you need is to make sure USB debugging is enabled on your smartphone. For that follow the path given below.

Settings → About Phone → About Phone → Tap on Build Number seven times. This means you are not a developer.

Now go back to the Settings and Developer options will appear at the bottom of the screen and that will make the USB debugging mode by tapping it. Make sure it is enabled and follow the steps given below.

Step #1. Install Vysor for Chrome on your Google Chrome.

Step #2. Install ADB Android Drivers in your PC.

Step #3. Download Vysor on your Android phone from Google Play or from here.

Step #4. If you have already downloaded ADB Android Drivers to your PC connect your PC with a USB cable with the smartphone and enable USB debugging on your device when prompted.

Step #5. Now the screen of your smartphone will appear as it is on your PC, this is called mirror screen. Now you can open your Pokémon Go and you will be able to play it on your PC.
