But all this for Pixel users only! So what about Android users, who own non-Pixel devices, like Galaxy, OnePlus, LG, Motorola, and others? Well, this is Android, and it allows you to customize features the way you want. Here is a workaround to get Android P emojis and fonts on any Android phone.
The superheroes of XDA community have always come up with cool solutions to any Android issue. This time too credit goes to a senior member joeyhuab from XDA. The developer has introduced a Magisk module for users to run emojis on any Android phone.
How to Install Android P Emojis and Fonts on Any Android Phone
Before you go ahead, you need to root your Android device with Magisk. I have already rooted my OnePlus 6 device with TWRP and Magisk. You can also follow this guide, no matter which Android phone you have.
Step #1. First off, you need to download Android P Fonts & Emojis Magisk Module on your Android device.
The module is available free at GitHub.
Step #2. Next, launch Magisk Manager, and tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines, i.e., Hamburger icon).
Step #3. Now, tap on Modules.
Step #4. Then you need to tap on ‘+’ icon available at the bottom of the screen.
Step #5. Go to the folder in which you have downloaded the Magisk module; select the folder.
Step #6. Rest is up to Magisk, which will begin to flash Android P emojis and fonts module on your Android device automatically.
When the process gets finished, you need to tap on REBOOT button in the bottom-right corner.
That’s all! You have successfully installed Android P emojis and fonts on your Android device, which doesn’t belong to Pixel family.
