Sometimes you click on a show or a movie just out of curiosity which later you find embarrassing to have on your Netflix list. But there is a cure which will help you to delete recently watched history from Netflix account.
Very few Netflix users know about this feature, and probably that is why they feel shy to show their Netflix history to their friends because they have clicked on something which they should not. But now as we say early there is a remedy for it, and all you have to do is to follow the instructions we are giving here carefully, and you will be done within few minutes.
How to Delete Recently Watched Movies or Shows on Netflix
Step #1. Open Netflix on your web browser.
Step #2. Next, Log in your Account, then click on your profile or make sure you click on the profile which is used more often.
Step #3. Now, click on ‘Your Account’ from the drop-down menu and continue.
Step #4. Find ‘My Profile’ section in the page which has opened and under that section, you will find ‘Viewing Activity’ option, just click on it.
Step #5. Here you will find your entire viewing history till date. At the end of each show or movie you have watch there is a ‘X’ mark, click on the X mark next to the show or movie you want to remove from your Netflix history.
This will help you a lot in two counts. One is that if you click on the X mark next to a TV show, you will be asked whether you want to delete a particular episode or entire series, so you got both the choice.
The second benefit this will give you is that you can even remove ‘Continue Watching’ queue from this list as well. This means those TV shows or movies which you have left before they ended for various reasons can be removed forever and they will not be shown in your Pending Activity anymore.
