Instagram rolled out feature ‘Recommended for You,’ which displays suggestions on the feed based on posts you liked or accounts you followed. It shows which posts have been recently liked by your friends. Keep yourself updated about your friends’ activity on Insta and also need not to find posts/profiles related to you anymore. Earlier these recommended posts used to appear in the Explore tab, similar to the sponsored posts, with a label at the top marked as ‘recommended‘.

But the good thing is that you can get rid out of them. You can hide it in just a few simple steps. Let’s see, how you can hide ‘Recommended Posts’ in an Instagram feed on iPhone or Android.
