There is a price which you need to pay to get the Amazon’s Prime Membership, but once you pay for it, you will get plenty of perks like quick delivery of goods and much more for free.
Now Amazon has added a new unlimited and free storage for pictures on its site called ‘Family Vault’. Over here the Prime membership holder of Amazon can add up to 5 other family members or friends in a joint online account and they all can share their pictures in free photo storage called Family Vault. This is not it; Amazon also offers extra space of 5 GB for videos and other files as well!
Store Your Prime Photos in “Family Vault” as Amazon Offers New Free Storage
All six family members can individually contribute and view the pictures stored in this vault depending on the device they are using. There is also an option available with this where the members can add all of their photos and videos to the Family Vault at once. The best part of this is that the Prime member has not to pay anything to get this service as per Amazon.com.
The best part of this new addition is that it is also equipped with a smart search where you can search the pictures easily. All you need to do is to type a keyword like “game” or “vacations” and Amazon will search all the related pictures for you. Under “People” tab you can find all six members profile pictures as thumbnails and by tapping or clicking on them you can find their individual albums and contributions as well.
The murmur about Amazon launching such service was ON since last month but finally, on Monday, the mega online trading company announced it officially. Apart from storing unlimited pictures Amazon also offers its Prime member a free shipping of printed photos from their Family Vault. The photo printing starts at a price which is as low as 9 cents but the shipping is absolutely free. The main aim behind this service is seen as Amazon trying their best to gather more and more Prime members under its roof.
You can check the new features of Family Vault at https://www.amazon.com/photos or you may also upgrade your Amazon app and check it via Prime Photos option in it.
