Google’s Street View for iOS as well as Android apps and Samsung Surround Shot mode on Galaxy devices are equipped to capture pics in this format.

There are several 360 cameras which use Photo Sphere XMP metadata like Ricoh Theta S and the Samsung Gear 360.

Is Your Photo Cropped or Resized?
Make sure not to crop or resize your iPhone panoramas. Your images must cover between 100 and 345 degrees field of view horizontally.
Is Your Device Running Old Version of iOS or Android?
Make sure your smartphone or tablet is running the latest versions of iOS and Android. Though Facebook doesn’t mention it, you are always better off having the latest OS on your device.
Does Your Device Support 360 Photos?
Your device must support 360 photos and videos. You need iPhone 4s or later. iPad mini 2 or later, iPad Air or later, iPad Pro.
Facebook doesn’t list out all the Android devices. However, it does mention that you need Samsung Galaxy S5 or later and Galaxy Note 4 or later.
What if You don’t have Samsung Device?
If you don’t have Samsung device, you can use Google Camera app to use this feature on your Android device. The camera app is primed for capturing gorgeous photos.
How Many Photos Can You Upload at a Time?
Facebook allows you to upload one 360 photo at a time. Hence avoid uploading more than one pics at one go.

You need a good internet connection to upload 360 photos. Many a time, high-resolution photos take a bit more time to get uploaded.
